"Yesterday was my first time here and I absolutely loved it! It felt so cozy, smelled great and was super clean! I got my haircut with Adriane and she was so sweet and even let me get layers last minute and I couldn't be happier with it.. "Jenn is very talented and did a great job on my hair. However, she absolutely did not do what I asked for. I wanted strawberry blonde balayage with most of my hair being strawberry blonde. She told me that based on my base color that it would not turn out the exact color I wanted but similar. I trusted her to do her thing since I have never gotten my hair dyed. She said there would be a noticeable difference. There is not. She did subtle blonde highlights on my hair because that is what she thought was best, even though I just did not ask for that. My hair (dirty blonde) looks basically the same, if you look closely there are more blonde highlights. On the other hand, the cut is perfect. The color also looks beautiful, but it is just absolutely not what I asked for. I expected to walk out with strawberry blonde in my hair, though my color looks practically the same."
