"NO stars!!! The lady that answers the phone was so RUDE. I dont think I've ever encountered someone so rude. I was told there would be taxi's waiting at the Pearl river train station. When my mother arrived there was no taxis and when i called and told the operator at Emeraled she said oh ok and hung up. Its FREEEEZING outside too. I called back to see how long the car would take to get there and the woman said, and i quote " FORGET IT! IM NOT SENDING ANY CAR!" I could not believe that she refused to send a car to pick up my mom in the freezing cold. This business should be shut down or this lady should be fired & admitted to anger management camp. I was in shock! I didnt even want to give them the 1 star but its required to post."

"Very RUDE! 07/05/13 called for a round trip limo for my family of 4 to Newark airport. I was told they do not do Limos for the airport, use the SUV. 3 $310.00 plus tip, tole, and tax! What a rip off!! Groupon is offering all inclusive $300 in a limo!"

"We worked with Emerald for our December wedding. The day of the wedding, the party bus that was meant to take up to our reception broke down. Not only did it break down, but at red light or long stops, the driver would shut down the limo leaving us in pitch black - with no warning. We ended up being very late for our cocktail hour (only getting to see 15 minutes of it). So, stuff happens. However, Emerald failed to call us back multiple times (we called/emailed multiple times with no response), was very rude on the phone, would tell us to call to talk to the owner and he wouldn't get on the phone, and tell us a check for a very low amount for what happened was coming - and it never did. I have never experienced worse costumer service, and I have already told people not to use Emerald due to this. We received no money back and lost a huge part of your expensive New Jersey wedding."
