He did the work himself even though it was way past his closing time. It's rare to see someone go out of their way to help another nowadays. Bryan took the time to explain to me what the issue was—the day before I brought the car to be serviced. He was kind, courteous, and patient. When he completed the work, he opened my hood and showed me exactly what was done and what part was replaced. Bryan is extremely honest and friendly!
