"Under no circumstances would I say I had a positive experience with this company. My mother prepaid and scheduled a limo pick up for 3:30 for a party and when we went outside they were nowhere to be found. We were on the phone with this people for about an hour and they had no answers for us. I had photographers and a venue all paid for certain hours. The lady on the phone had no idea where our limo was and said that it would be an hour and thirty minutes until they can get us a limo. I was extremely frustrated at their incompetence so we ended up agreeing on a FULL cancelation/refund. The agreed multiple times on the phone to provide a complimentary limo at one of my locations for pictures so I can at least have picture in the limo. I called the lady when the limo arrived to double check this info because the driver was under the impression that he would be taking my party to a different location. However, they would charge me for the ride, which I wholeheartedly declined and did not take. Safe to say I thought I was done with this fiasco and would not think about it again.HOWEVER, I get a call today saying they want to do a partial refund on because they provided a limo for the pictures. That was a complimentary limo they provided as an apology for ruining such a special day with their incompetence not to add that I reconfirmed multiple times after being placed on hold to ask their boss if they could do that in the first place. This company is really irresponsible and disappointing. I am really not the type of person to write reviews but after the call I got today I felt like I needed to. How do you want a person to pay for almost a full service when NO service was provided? I am almost tempted to report them for their deceiving practices."

"Excellent service. Easy to book the appointment and when my flight got delayed they handled it excellently. My driver was great and was very clear and easy to find. He was great and safe driver. The car was the cleanest car I have ever seen. Would highly recommend."

"I had a wonderful experience using Mex Limousine Service for my wedding on 5/13/23. Communication was great throughout. When I was in a pinch the literal day before my wedding and needed something bigger for transport, they were so kind and accommodating. The day of my wedding the party bus came early and the driver was so awesome! He made us all feel comfortable and had a great personality. For the million things that went wrong that day, this part was perfect. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone!!"

"We often use Mex and are always pleased . This last trip friends we were traveling booked the service with another (unnamed company) needless to say it was a terrible disappointment they showed up in a small sedan for 4 adults and 4 large and 4 small bags. This was a disaster we had to wake our son up to drive us to the airport at 5 am . Needless to say we took over the return orders up Mex and to no surprise the showed up with their standard excellent on Time service. If you don't already use them I recommend starting immediately"
