"If I could give this car service 0 stars I would. Worst car service I have ever had to deal with regarding patient transportation. They will have patients waiting for HOURS, will leave you on hold forever, lack of communication between the base and drivers and their drivers are exceptionally unprofessional. Patients - especially dialysis patients - are already tired from their treatments, only to have them waiting for 3+ hours for a ride to go back home. Unbelievable. The worst car service EVER."
