"Beware false service checklists when you get an oil change. They used to fill your tires and top off your fluids with the oil change. They no longer do that. They also claim that they checked your tire pressure and other standard things but they clearly do not since my tire pressure is low, the light is on on the dashboard yet they claimed on the service checklist that the tire pressure is ok. The gentleman who got his oil changed before me complained about the same thing. The car washes are fine but used to be better. The new owner reduced the amount of services you get with the packages. The gentlemen that qork the car washes are great and hardworking."

"Although the car wash itself was alright. Can’t do much especially with a pet. That I understand.When entering my vehicle and stopping for gas right next door I saw this. How hard must one wipe for this to happen."

"I went in with a dirty car and came out with a dirty car. All my front and rear mirrors are still dirty, They weren’t even cleaned. They did not completely wipe my interior. They left black and red marks all over my outside of the car. The black marks I wiped away with water and a towel, but the red marks won’t come off. My driver and passenger visor mirrors we’re not wiped. My sunroof was left uncleaned. They took out my cupholders and ashtray, left it on my chair causing ash to be on my chair so I had to reassemble my own cupholders and clean the ash. There are two big stains on my passenger seat that the owner claimed was windex and would come out, but it has still not came out. I paid for a home run and didn’t even get a basic car wash. Update: 9/2/2023 went back for a free car wash that the new manager offered for the terrible wash prior. This wash was better, however they didn’t clean the front of my car at all and now theres wet dead bugs on my car still. Happy i didnt waste money on this. The manager then told me i have “paint damage” when it is BUGS. Told me to get a better package as if I’d spend another penny there. And that im “asking for too much” by expecting a clean car after a car wash LMAO. What a joke. Oh and I forgot to mention how this manager told me i could come in for the free wash but “my car will still be dirty” like what lmao"

"This place is probably the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to or ever even worked at. I used to work here for almost 2 years they do not respect their employees. The manager Mohammed in the oil technician is extremely disrespectful to customers, they break things on peoples cars and don’t even tell them, they lie straight to your face as a customer and take your money. I was not fired I quit this job because of the unprofessional treatment I was getting from the manager and most of the time they never change your special filter when they tell you you have a special filter this business is a disgrace and a joke. I highly recommend not going there for an oil change, it’s a waste of money and most likely your car will be broken or damaged and they won’t even tell you it was them that did it. There is always a line and constant complaints I have seen it all here. Here’s a few pictures just so you know what you’re getting yourself into when you drive into this place. The manager of this oil technician place should be fired, they are all very unprofessional. It is the worst technician place I’ve ever worked for."
