"I took my car there, unscheduled, because I was having issues with electronics going off without any notice. Mike thought at first that I may need a specialty electronics place look at it, and he gave me the name of a place to go to. Before I left he asked his boss to be sure (good teamwork), and then asked if I had any other issues, which at that exact moment I did because I couldn't even start my car which had never happened before. He then thought that I needed a new battery and changed it for more me while I waited even though I did not have an appointment. Mike was very nice and extremely helpful. Everything has been fine since then, and I am so relieved!"
