"My experience with Parkway was nothing short of stellar. The service and repairs were exceptional, and my car drives good as new! More importantly, though, they are quick to ownership of ANY problem or issue that may arise, resolve it, and in my case personally deliver what I needed within a day of making the issue known. That service is rare, and I will forever come back to Parkway after that quality response! In all, 10/10 service - I cannot recommend higher!"

"As I’ve stated previously, I’m new to Rutherford. Unfortunately, I had an accident with my car. Fortunately, the preferred body shop for my insurance company is Parkway Auto Body, in Nutley. I can’t say enough good things about this place. From Denise and Carissa at the front desk…to the estimators and the auto body guys…all are exceptional. My car was repaired in a number of days sooner than anticipated. Additionally, they work with Enterprise Car Rental, for a seamless experience. They picked me up at the auto body and brought me to the rental office. And I was able to leave the rental at the auto body, when my car was finished. I highly recommend both of them."

"This shop failed to fix my tail lights and front lights after they fixed the bodywork of my car. On my first return to the shop, they temporarily fixed the wirings but eventually the lights went out again. On my second visit, another technician told me they can't help me with restoring the tail lights because my car's wirings must've been messed up from a previous accident and that I should see a mechanic. I had no choice but to see a personal mechanic, paid my personal mechanic out of pocket and got the tail lights, front lights, and rear bumper rattles resolved. In addition, the front desk lacks customer service. Denise should be more polite to customers both in-person and on the phone. I hope this shop improves in both quality and customer service."

"Accident: Rear ended on September 5, 2023 There is a QUALITY CONTROL problem at this facility. It started out good, I received texts and phone calls to keep me updated. When I was informed the car (2014 Toyota Avalon) was ready for pick up (9-20-2023) a few days earlier than previously scheduled I was excited. That excitement quickly turned into a nightmare. First, the trunk liner was not replaced properly, it was sagging I had to bring it to their attention they snapped it back in place. Also, the interior was very dusty, and didn’t even wipe down the interior even though the insurance paid for cleaning. To be fair, after I complained about the interior the manager apologized and offered a detailed cleaning, but I would have to bring the car back, I don’t live close by. (9-21-2023) Second drama, I noticed the rear light was cracked, so I notified them with pictures the same day. They promised to notify me when they get the replacement light. (10-26-2023) Light replaced, before I left, I notice the replacement light was broken, they removed it and had to return/order a new one. Oh, they did clean the dashboard and windshield because I complained my car was not cleaned previously (note: because my car was painted It was advised not to take it to the car wash) (11-2-2023) Finally, the light was replaced. They offered no apology, and the “manager” was very cold, as if I created this mess!! To add, I have a disability and going through this in addition to my injuries was NOT easy."
