"My fairly new Maserati was hit , I was sick to my stomach ! I never thought the car would be the same, I took my car to Dobbs's Autobody everyone I spoke to recommended Dobbs, they said it may take 3-4 weeks , I picked up my car week 4, All I can say is the car came back cleaner than when it was new , the staff was pleasant and professional ! I'm a fussy auto enthusiast and I could not find a flaw anywhere !!!! Also they showed me around the shop and the various stages of collision repair . Shop was spotless and the shop was filled with several new highend cars and exotics . I've been around cars all my life , this shop was the most impressive body shop I've seen , and my car is perfect !!!! Thank you to the whole staff , they were polite , professional and they let me in the shop and had a conversation with the technician about my concerns , he addressed every question and the office staff was upbeat and humorous , they turned this painful incident to a pleasurable experience !!! It's been a few weeks now since I got my car back and I still look at the repaired area and still enamored how perfect my car is. hopefully, I'll never need your services again but if I do or anybody I know does wouldn't go any but Dobbs."

"Brought my Tesla in to fix the back bumper dent and retouch the paint in the front. Told them I was going to be away for 14 days and they told me my car was ready about a week ago. Went today and said that they had me down for the car to be ready for tomorrow the 5th. Went to pick up the car, it was not painted, and the front bumper was not retouch! And in the back bumper where the dent was and scratch they fix that dent but not the scratches and it was not painted. After paying almost $1800 the car looks like they whited out the scratches."

"Base off my experience, this body shop is an absolute Joke. $4,000 plus to replace and paint a bumper and the color didn’t match. They agreed the color didn’t match, so they offered to paint the car to match the bumper for an additional cost. The bumper on my 2018 Model S got dinged. Brought it to the shop they told me they would have to replace the entire bumper approximate cost to replace $2,400. The check from the insurance company was $2,100. They took the car, and said they would make up the difference in supplemental charges. Two plus weeks and $4,000 dollars later my car was ready with the color on my bumper not matching the color on my car. I spoke with Brad, who I believe was the owner. He saw the difference in color the moment he came through the door. His solution was to paint my rear quarter panel and trunk, fade the paint so the incorrect color wouldn’t be noticeable. He proceeded to walk me to the back to show me every other bumper they painted with the colors not matching. Ladies and gents this is a Tesla Certified shop, and they are telling me they can’t get the color right because plastic and metal absorbs paint differently. I have had a bumper sent to a shop for paint with just the color code and the bumper came back the correct color. Additional they didn’t reinstall the inner bumper lining correctly. One would think that if you take your Tesla to a Tesla certified shop they would match the paint, and your car would come back looking good as new. You would also think that they would correct their mistake at their expense. Nope not so at this shop; they will acknowledge their mistake but someone has to pay to correct it. In hindsight I should have kept my ding and took a trip with that insurance money. That way I could have fun memories each I look at that ding. As opposed to two different colors on the rear of my car and share irritation"

"Couldn’t of had a better experience. I was involved in an accident and took my grand cherokee to Dobbs and WOOW!!! The level of professionalism in the office to the quality of work done in shop there is top notch. After the repairs my car looks like it rolled just off the truck onto the factory lot. They are certified pretty much with every major car maker which most body shops are not!!!"
