"Our car was making loud noises when we were driving on I-78E on a Saturday in February. After we got off the highway, we called M & M Automotive Services. The person on the phone tried to help us find a mechanic closer to where we were. Since it was a Saturday, there was not many places open. When we finally drove to M & M, they did a test drive and lifted the car up to diagnose the problem. It turned out the CVT was failing. The owner of M & M told us they don't do CVT. He told us to go home as soon as possible. He was genuinely concerned for our safety. When we offered to pay him for the time he spent, he refused."

"Brought my 2006 Camry beater car because it was shaking on idle and stalling. I had already swapped out the spark plugs and cleaned my air filter myself to ensure I had tried what i could myself. I called to check in on progress and they told me they performed a preliminary check and that my air filter was dirty and clogged... Of course I immediately knew they had not checked my vehicle because of the blatant lie. They ended up calling me and telling me the car was unsalvageable and charged me 85$. I don’t know if they even checked my car after that lie. It felt like they didn’t care about my car because it was an older beater car and they just wanted me out. Will never return."

"After using my previous mechanic for 15 years, it was time for both of us to move on. He decided to retire and sell his business to 2 work mates & I decided to find a new mechanic. What do I do to find someone that is honest & I can trust, someone knowledgeable and reasonably priced??? I decided to go on next door.com and ask my neighbors. I received nearly 60 replies which made it even more difficult to chose but I decided to give M & M a try. I spoke to Wayne, the owner, on Friday & he told me to drop the car off on Monday (yesterday) which I did. I explained the problems I was having (no AC & no water coming from my windshield washer). I picked up my car today & all was repaired, working well and fairly priced. After speaking to Wayne, I felt that both of my cars would be in good hands. He showed me the broken pump for my windshield washer and explained that he checked my AC for leaks and that all was good. If you feel unhappy with your current mechanic, give M & M Auto a try. It’s very hard to find a shop that is honest and won’t double or triple up the labor time spent on repairing your vehicle. I feel confident that I will have a long relationship with this shop and it’s staff."

"Amazing service. I have been bringing all of my family's cars for over a decade. Completely trustworthy. I have never felt like I was paying for something I didn't need. To be honest Wayne has told me to hold off on certain repairs that would have made him money and done nothing to benefit me. This is that service station that people hear about "my guy is the best" but in this case it's the truth."
