"I can understand when things get busy that timing can be off, but to be lied to several times “your cars the next one in”, “it’ll be done well before noon”, “ It’s finished and I was just going to call you” ( and then it’s not ready when I got there 30 minutes later), makes me not want to use them again. And then , they forgot to reset the oil gauge so I have to go back tomorrow so they can finish the job. Makes me think maybe they didn’t even change the oil that I paid for. Not happy and after tomorrow, won’t be going back."

I also got the lifetime alignment deal, great way to save $ and skip the service center prices. -1 star because they tried to charge me for a free tire rotation.
