"I had the Industrial Wrench Beer and Hubby had a Maker's Mark Manhattan. First time for us in this establishment. I absolutely love it. George Washington Drank here and Martha Washington Slept here. I can't wait to go back when the Warwick Historical Society is giving tours again."
"Amazing little tavern in Warwick with tons of history. Part of the building is operated by the local historical society, but the tavern is a full bar open to the public. Very friendly bar staff and a crowd that enjoys chatting instead of just staring at their phones. The tavern hosted Washington and was built around 1760."
"A wonderful place to have a drink, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere hospital. The rooms have been extremely well restored. A cabinet sits full of Pewter mugs that you can sign up for - and have your name on it - for a small fee. Lovely light rooms with bay windows that let the light in"
"Beautiful historic tavern on main street in Warwick. The tavern has a rich history during colonial time period and was visited by George Washington. Inside the decor reflects this period and has plenty of seating areas in a variety of settings including outdoor seating. There were about 8 or so beers on tap when we went and the service was excellent. Will be visiting again when I'm in town."
"Historical landmark converted into a local pub with a cool atmosphere and friendly service. A really cool place. And they have something extra that I have never seen before. They have a mug club. Personalized mugs are kept at the location for you and you alone for a fee. Every time you go, the bartender serves you in your own mug. They also have mug nights and mug owners get a discount."
