"We booked a reservation FOUR WEEKS in advance and our reservation was CANCELLED with no notice. This is my best friends first birthday without her mother who passed unexpectedly and the manager was ATROCIOUS and completely unwilling to assist us. I will NEVER recommend this tea house and furthermore will go out of my way to recommend NOT going to this establishment."
"I have been here twice so far but yesterday was amazing! We showed up without a reservation like the last visit but was ini turned away due to short staff issues. However I really wanted to do brunch here for my birthday and a closed mouth doesn't get fed so I called them and asked if we could still be sat with a longer wait time. We didn't mind waiting and I have restaurant and dining experience so I know how that goes behind the scenes. I was so happy that we were accommodated and I told the young lady not to feel pressured and to take her time, we were chilling. This time around I had my mother with me and she was very pleased with everything. The scones were delicious, the clotted cream, lemon curd, the deluxe tea for two, the dragon pearl Jasmine tea, the sandwiches, and the butternut squash soup were all amazing!! It really set the tone for the day of festivities to begin. We drove from about forty minutes away to be here and I'm so happy that they fit us in! I now know to set a reservation from now on lol. Also the brownie Sunday is always a treat! Thank you for my birthday tiara, I appreciate you guys so much!!"
