"We ordered 3 dozen donuts as desert for a relatives 100th birthday celebration. The order was placed, as instructed, a day before the party for pickup the next day. We had specific types of donuts we requested. When we went to pickup the order, we were given about half the donuts we ordered and were told we'd need to select the rest from what was left of the daily supply because they had sold the other donuts we ordered! We specifically placed the order to ensure we had certain donuts and yet, they were not put aside for us. The flavor of donuts were had to take were not our first choice. Why does this Dunkin insist on pre-ordering if they are not going to meet the request? We are not blaming the servers who work there. This was obviously an issue with management or whomever is responsible for orders. Very poor and disappointing process."
"They can't count to 12. I ordered a DOZEN munchkins and came home with 10. If you can't count to 12 you should not be working in Dunkin Donuts. Idiots"
"This used to be my go to vs Florida NY Dunkin but it seems like this is the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to now. And on top of that while waiting 10+ minutes waiting on DD I've seen the food left behind the pickup area and customers becoming frustrated because it's been ready but was never put out"
"It’s a very nice building with plenty of places to sit. The workers make everything pretty accurately. However, it does take a bit to get an order that is considered simple. But other than that, I love it"
"The place was empty when I walked in but it still took me 8 minutes to get an ice coffee made. 8 minutes when I was the only customer in there. It's been like that the last few times I've gone in. If online takes priority over walk-ins they should probably shut down the counters."
