"The worst Carter’s store I have been. Employees always unhappy and rude."
"This is unbelievable I have a photoshop tomorrow at 9am and I have order the clothes online for pick, bc was raining and left my job at 6 I couldn’t make it on time, this store closed at 7pm and opens at 10am, the staffs that were inside folding clothes saw me outside and I even called them and explain what was going on, I barely begged them to do a exception for me and just give me the pick up, that should be ready on their closed, the Spanish girls says no and no make a hundred excuse to no give me my clothes today. This is my last shop at this stores."
"Nasty staff…. Poor customer service just went to return 2 items and Andrea and the manager said it was not on my receipt which I ended up finding!!! They didn’t even apologized… it’s a children store Remember that next time you give an attitude for not doing your job right!"
