"I have ordered out from this place twice and on BOTH occasions they DIDN'T provide me with the food that I paid for. The first time I ordered 3 items and they provided me with two of them while charging me for all 3. The second time I ordered 5 food items. 3 orders were properly provided to me while 1 was a completely different meal from my order. The last item I didn't receive as they calm I never ordered it (I wasn't charged for this item). Both times since I was already at home I gave the food a try. The food was okay at it's best and tasteless at it's worse. Having a Indian fiancee I have eaten more than my fair share of Indian cuisine. Given the price of the food, small portion and taste this place has a POOR value offer. I would strongly recommend skipping out on this place and trying a overall better experience at other Indian restaurants in Manhattan. Also might I add that when looking over the reviews I'm highly suspicious that majority of them are 5 stars and 1 stars.... I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions..."

"Avoid the place if you care about satisfactory service. The store has poor customer service with little respect for clients. We ordered the food online but the store claims they did not receive the order nor the payment despite the fact that we provided evidence of payment (both screenshot and credit card statement). What worsened the experience was when the cashier couldn't stop raising his voice. Never again!"
