"The good, the bad, and the ugly. Let's start with the good, the system itself. The rain soft water filtration system is absolutely incredible. Our water was so bad before we go this, and it changed our lives for sure. We are having less skin issues and have piece of mind knowing our drinking water is as clean as it gets. I look forward to my showers now. Next is the bad. The price of the system is VERY HIGH. Our system in total was over $10,000. Now, it is our fault for not shopping around as I am sure we could have found a better price somewhere else, but they come into your house for your "free" water test then use high pressure sales tactics until you sign the contract. The sales people were in our house for over four hours, but we somehow did not have time to think about what was taking place. Lastly is the ugly. They lie. They say whatever they have to say to get in your house. They told us we were going to be their test house in some sort of program as they had never been in our area before which was all a bunch of lies. They lie and say the system includes five years worth of "free" soap, shampoos, etc. It has barely been over a year and we are almost our of the soaps already, and the soaps themselves are so low quality. They look and feel like something you get at the dollar store. Then they lie and say they will call you in a year to have routine maintenance done, but it has been over a year and still no phone call. We started to feel like we got tricked almost immediately after the initial visit, but a over a year later now, and we know we got tricked. There is no program, the soaps suck and do not last five years, and the system is great but outrageously over priced. Do yourself a favor and shop around before signing anything. Do not give into their lies and high pressure sales tactics. Also, take these reviews with a grain of salt. After installation, they come back out to your hour to do their fake water test again and essentially force you to write a great review. If you look, you will see the review I was coerced into making 11 months ago."
