"I was heading to Maryland and this Dunkin happened to be at the right place. There were other restaurants around but Dunkin was simply amazing since they had so many food items to choice from. Cashier was so friendly and patient with me since I was trying to figure out what to get along with her given me the option to save money which was super amazing. Normally, Dunkin located at the service areas don’t accept rewards but this one allows me to use the rewards along with mobile order. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you around the area."
"Expect excessively long wait times, rude staff, and price gouging. Even poor for a rest stop Dunkin. Unfortunately I stop here frequently due to the location but if you can avoid, it is advised."
"We stood in line and we finally got to the cashier. After we told her what we wanted, she very rudely said the kitchen was closed. So we stood in line for nothing. A sign stating the kitchen was closed would have been helpful. And if it just closed, she could have been a whole lot nicer and she could have said she was very sorry but the kitchen is closed. Good customer service really helps."
"Horrible service! Everything was cold, We asked them to reheat it and they gave attitude. I love Dunkin but not this one! Store ID : 4GSDDXXX & my order number is 716, I came in January 7 , 2022 at 8:09 am and Susan took care of me! However she did not make my Food! Horrible service overall! We ordered toasted croissants and these taste nothing like that!!"
