"My friends and I recently visited your restaurant and had an experience that left us feeling upset. While waiting in line, we observed a situation where some guests were seated before us, and when it was our turn, we were asked to pay upfront. We were given two options – pay separately upfront or as a group after being seated. Opting for the second choice and putting the check on my card should have resolved the matter. However, the situation escalated when the host spoke with a coworker, leading to us being told to leave or pay upfront. When we questioned why this was happening only to us, the staff couldn't provide a satisfactory answer. Despite our attempt to speak to a manager, the coworker claimed to be the manager and later contradicted herself. We even expressed our concerns about the situation being perceived as unfair or discriminatory, but unfortunately, our concerns were not addressed. We believe in the importance of fairness and equal treatment for all customers, and we hope that you can investigate and address this incident."

"This is a Chinese buffet…and I should’ve not come on a Tuesday at 5p because the food was cold and over time like closer to 6:30 they started putting out fresh hot food. The food I had was probably from lunch and cold. The sushi was made on a Saturday who knows when. The crab I felt bad for because that was cold and not good. On a positive note the place was packed and everyone else but me looked like they were enjoying their cold food that maybe was once hot. Price was about $20"
