"Rude staff, they didn’t have my order ready when I got there. And didn’t have the sandwich I ordered. They threw the paper to let me know and the girl on the picture was mad because we asked twice after 20 min for our order."
"They need help. Spent $9 on a caramel ribbon crunch w soy milk, decaf shot added and cinnamon topping. Ended up getting a normal frappe and they didn't call my name, bc I'm sure they knew they didn't make the order right. I wish to void the order or get the refund if they don't follow the requests i paid extra for. Too busy, they don't care"
"Not really sure what to think of this Starbucks location. Music is loud. I’m sitting here trying to enjoy my coffee but not easy when they crank up old hits like Ozzy Osbourne’s crazy train, twisted sister’s we’re not gonna take it and ABBA’s dancing queen doesn’t quite fit the norms of Starbucks. Enjoyed my coffee even though no grill cheese."
