"TRASH! Poorly ran franchise. First time I ordered here and even after reading the bad reviews I still did...what a mistake. Forgot the steak in my steak bowl, matter fact I got rice, lettuce, beans, and the fajita veggies I paid extra for. We also ordered other items that were missing ingredients but hey put a black check on the receipt bc this is done! So we called the store, girl on the phone was rude and standoffish Ultimately told me that the manager would have to call me and speak to me before I was given a refund. At this point I wasn't driving all the way back over there to get what I originally paid for....just refund me!. Well it's been 4 days and still no phone call or refund. Save your money and stress...the reviews are true. It's a bunch of teenagers with no supervision or accountability. Your order will be wrong and you will be beat. Plenty of other options in the area."
