"Great food, service and prices but the new feature that started today was a bit intrusive. A piano player is a nice touch it was a bit loud given the size of the restaurant. I like it but they need to turn it down a bit so people are not shouting over the music."
"We had a catering order last night. The food was absolutely delicious. One tray of food as beautiful as the next. Generous portions. The trays were delivered with great care and with everything we needed to keep it warm and serve it. I highly recommend this restaurant."
"Looking for a cozy restaurant, this is the place. Depending on when you dine, quiet atmosphere where you can hear your dining partner over vintage music. (Unlike chain restaurants with blaring music). Food is very good. I had the eggplant parm. Warmed bread would have been nice, but it just arrived before seated."
"Another absolutely gem of a Italian restaurant in Monmouth County. Having traveled to Rome for business and pleasure I’ve become a big fan of Roman Style cooking! My favorite restaurant of all my travels is in Rome so stay tuned. But, I digress, Assaggini Di Roma does Roman Style cooking to perfection! I’m a big fan of tripe and they always have it on the menu! BYOB with attentive Staff and wonderful owner Dee! Only note prices on website old and need to be updated per restaurant menu. Still priced fair to portions for value."
"LET THERE BE PORK..... What more can I say? Wonderful, friendly service. Setting was perfect. Food -- delicious. Calamari app done perfectly, the pork chops were huge and just savory. Finished with lemoncello dessert. We can't wait to return!!"
