"Tried the BOGO offer on three orders. The franchisee called and cancelled two of my orders. Said he refuses to honor the offer from Subway on more than one order. I wish the franchisee and Subway resolved this between them and not treat customers this way WHOSE MONEY keeps them in BUSINESS to begin with!! And Subway needs to use MORE CHEESE than 4 tiny wedges on a foot long sub!!"
"Called because I was having difficulty ordering on line. Was told they couldn’t take my order over the phone because corporate wouldn’t allow it. So I told the woman I would come in and order and wait for it. She told me I can try. They didn’t know if they would have time to make my sub due to a torment. Very unprofessional"

"I am extremely disappointed I ordered two foot-long chicken teriyaki and they’re cold and the mozzarella cheese is not melted was very disappointing. Spent almost $35 wish that they took more time to toast and warm up my food."
