"I place my order ahead for pickup I was promised 6PM, with an email confirmation, however when I got there my order was not ready. They did not start making my order until 6:45. If I had not paid I would have walked out. If I can give zero star I would."

"The worst Chipotle that I have been to and I frequently eat Chipotle. The portions here are ridiculous especially if you order on the phone and pick up. Besides having to wait for the order because the lines are also long, you are greeted with a subpar bowl of ingredients. I am to blame myself because I gave them the benefit of doubt couple times and went back to be disappointed again. Atmosphere is a 2 because everyone that works there just looks miserable which in turn makes the bowl miserable with the rationalizing. Other reviews here paint the same picture."

"I gotta say that this location has worked hard on improving their teamwork and service! I have a cilantro intolerance and usually ask for plain rice and I know it’s a pain, but there’s a French-speaking employee who goes above and beyond to try to get the plain rice. I know they’re busy and it’s a bit of extra time to get the rice, but they usually do it. Thank you to the employees around the 5-6pm time who provide good service! My taste buds appreciate it! Will be going back to this location."

"Yesterday the team was wonderful. They were, efficient fast. They even honored the deal from Halloween for everyone yesterday and that was so kind and generous of them. The food was great . Personally for me sometimes the food can be a hit or miss depending on the day. Yesterday the food , chips , dips where amazing even being really busy"

"I have ordered here a couple of times and I don't know why I keep coming back because it's always a bad experience. Usually it's the food not being ready in time and ending up waiting which defeats the purpose of ordering online. The latest problem was the portion of food given. The bowl is usually filled to the top. It felt like 3/4 of an order where they were rationing orders in order to fulfill all of them. I'm done with this location and will travel farther to fulfill my craving."
