"Love the coffee & food- miserable service. They couldn’t figure out how to use a gift card code. Told me to download app so I could pay, then app didn’t get past point of deciding whether or not i should receive notifications bc it was literally showing the button below the screen of iphone. Then, they told me my settings were too large - i redid the settings & still couldn’t order with GC - will may be reinstall app?! Sa"

"Horrible attitude!!!! I ordered 2 flat whites but instead I got 2 large cappuccino looking coffees. As I like my coffee strong I asked if I can please have flat white in a small cup. Barista with the attitude pores coffe to a small cap then quickly and carelessly pores left over milk (see the photo below) giving me something that looks like a hot mass with bubbles. This is after I gave tip of 25%. I left my coffee on the counter as I don’t appreciate being treated like that. If you want to be treated as a human being avoid this place and the attitude that will ruin your day."

"Love this coffee shop. I got the best cappuccino I've ever had, plus I'm not sure what type of bakery item was it but it was delicious like tasting heaven. 100% coming back to this place. They were super kind too!"

"Absolutely loved my experience at Blank Street Coffee! My friend and I got banana and corn breads and I was pleasantly surprised by the spicy component of the corn bread. Very usual combination of honey and chili powder! Made my day! Matcha lattes were amazing too!"
