"Pay attention to the quoted installation price and the price that the 3rd party installers actually charge. Make sure it is clear before the installation. The cooktop was fine but we needed to exchange the hood to a bigger size. In the long run, after much back and forth communication, Scott kept his word and made things right."

"Highly highly recommend , I know Scott and other colleagues from previous business I did at Derby. Once I heard Derby closed I was happy that Scott and team were opening up a new store ! My washing machine recently broke and I looked all around to find the best pricing. I called Scott and even though it’s before his grand opening he reached back out to me immediately with washing machines within my budget that are in stock ( extremely wide selection).
