"Target consider this: you are not losing sales and revenue and your stock price is not dropping because of the controversies - it's because you're no longer taking care of your customer. I went to Target today and had to go online to fill out and create an account in order to get a discount on food. Target used to stand for a great customer experience, good quality, good prices and decent selection. Now you get to check out, with only two aisles open on a Sunday afternoon, and inconvenience your fellow Shoppers while you're filling out a user account. This is on top of our horrible experience in Florida next to Disney when a hopeful visit to a small footprint store resulted in the pleasure of paying twice as much for half size Goods Taking advantage of the customer is Disney's responsibility, not target's - I am done with both"

"Management lies and says you can’t return money back to your redcard if you used a gift card for *part* of the purchase even though the amount I paid on my redcard far exceeded the amount of my return. Had to drive to another target and they returned it no problem. Very frustrating especially when the stores are crazy during the holidays. This target just wants to keep your money."

"Love the service here. With Starbucks and pizza hut inside it's amazing to shop I this target. A little pricey in some items but overall a very good store to shop. And this is close to Menlo mall and other shops. Love shopping here. Hassle free returns . Love the service in returns and pickup area . It gets a bit crowded in weekends and other holidays . Lots of parking outside . Fantastic location ."

"Bought a meta quest 2, 15 days ago. Did not like the product so went there to return the product. The store did not accept the return for some stupid reason! They said that the serial number on the box is not the same as on the device!!! Firstly they had no clue what they were checking. 4 people were trying to find out where to check the serial number. One of them googled and discovered something. Then used that as the reason to reject. Second: called for the manager. She gave me a number for the target support call center. She gave me the wrong number…the manager’s sole purpose seemed like she needed to send back customers asking for returns. Third: if this so called serial number on the box is so important, they should certify the purchase and confirm that they have validated the serial number on the box and the device before seeking the device! Customers should be careful while buying anything expensive from this store, esp if you are not sure if you want to keep the item. I saw the 4-5 people at the desk do this with couple of other customers as well."

"This Target location is great. The parking lot is very large where you definitely will not have a hard time finding parking. The store has an updated makeup section which shows on the pictures attached. You can grab something to eat or drink at their Starbucks and Pizza Hut within the store. I was assisted with a sales associate on a hair straighteners. Im intrigued that the store has two sections of travel size products. It’s very helpful for people who travel a lot."
