"You get a one star for this location because your employee refused to refill my drink. I offered to pay and she wanted to charge me the price of another drink. Soda costs these places pennies, and they turn a huge profit charging $3 a cup. There’s no reason not to refill a soda when it’s something you can do yourself at most places for free. I’m not being cheap. This is just bad service and a stupid move, Charley’s has gone downhill ever since they stopped offering malt vinegar with the fries. Bad customer service. You deserve a 1."

"I have had the cheese steak at Charley’s many times. It has always been a great option. They cook the fries to order and you will have hot fries."
"Dee-licious!!! I ate the Old School Philly cheesesteak too fast to take a pic! It was SO good! The Old School fries are super tasty, too! A little more costly than typical fast food choices, but worth it. Just wish the roll was a little more toasted. Highly recommend if you are the Palisades Mall food court!"
"Let me just say this meal is so satisfying right now. Love how its fresh cooked right in front of you. Just wish the sandwich was a bit bigger, considering the price. I didnt try the Chicken Philly but, my bf says its really good. Oh for a Friday night its not to packed with more then enough seats to eat."
