"I LOVE Kong Dog!!! I visit here pretty frequently and every time I come I receive awesome service. The hotdogs come out fresh and the boba is spot on. I recommend this place if you're in the area!"

"Every so often my family and I visit this mall as we live out of state and it has become part of our routine for us to stop by this restaurant. My kids are obsessed with the Kong dogs and they even got me hooked! I always get the sweet potato kong dog with beef sausage and it's always delicious. The outside has such a sweet and crunchy texture, its truly delicious. It is a large enough portion to eat alone or as a walking snack. My husband and kids love to order theirs with cheese (original, potato, and hot cheeto). All our kong dogs are always cooked to perfection and packed in their cute little individual boxes. We usually sit at one of the nearby food court benches to enjoy them while they are fresh, comparing how long the cheese stretches for the kids (and husband) kong dogs. It is very entertaining and make perfect photo ops! The staff are always kind and the atmosphere feels very clean and neat. Thank you for always providing such a great experience every time we visit!"

"The Asian broad who I believe is the owner and or manager is a joke. Just left frustrated. Had a big order and part was a large pink lemonade with no ice. She said they will not fill up the cup then. Wait what???? My order was over $60 for the crew. Yeah I walked out and told her she is a joke."

"I tried the taro ube latte and threw it away. The boba tasted burnt they were not chewy and spongy - more like candle wax and they were hot so the latte was lukewarm. Tasted horrible. Waste of 7 dollars this was the worst. Go to Mochinut."

"Worst Taro Ube Latte I’ve ever had. The mango & Passionfruit slush are overly sweet. The taro ube latte had no flavor. Also it was overly priced, go to gong cha on the second floor for delicious non overpriced boba milk teas."
