"I recently dined at this fantastic Dominican restaurant, and it exceeded all my expectations! The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, making the dining experience truly delightful. The service was exceptionally fast, ensuring I didn't have to wait long to savor the incredible flavors. The portions were not only amazing but also generously large, providing excellent value for money. I highly recommend trying the mofongo with chicken and the whole rotisserie chicken – both dishes were absolute highlights. What's even more impressive is that all these fantastic qualities come at affordable prices. A five-star gem that I'll be returning to for more culinary delights!"

"This place was absolutely amazing!! The money is worth it for the gigantic portions. It was so good! I order the churrasco steak and it was cooked amazingly and they had Country Club, my favorite soda. The rice and beans were cooked exactly the way it would’ve been made in D.R. My family is from D.R. and it felt like I was back on the island eating again with my family. Thank you so much for the service, the food, and the experience. I will 100% come back when I visit New York again. Thank you to Katy and Sarah! You guys were the best!!"

"It’s a shame when a restaurant has fairly good consistent food that’s ruined by inconsistent terrible service. I ordered by phone directly from the restaurant for delivery gave my phone number and address. Their delivery guy called me at 11am when he was downstairs at the apt but never rang the bell. I had not seen that he called and since he didn’t ring the bell we missed him. I called the delivery driver back 6 minutes after he called me to no response. I called the restaurant and spoke with a kinder man who told me the driver said he couldn’t get in touch and returned to the restaurant. I asked if he would deliver the food and was told yes he was leaving right away to deliver. 30 minutes later there’s no call and no delivery guy at the door so I called the restaurant to ask. The man that answered the phone this time was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I asked about when I could expect the redelivery and he said that they already tried to delivery and would not be delivering again and “there is no food for you.” All he did was shout and then hung up the phone. It’s a shame because I refer a lot of people to this place as a place with fairly consistent good Dominican food, as I am Dominican myself. I definitely will not be ordering again from here and will make sure to let everyone else I know and have recommended to not to spend their money here."

"Cozy atmosphere with excellent service and food! Portion of food is pretty big and we got very satisfied and full. We ordered baked beef ribs and Mofongo with shrimp. Very good value for the price!"

"Homey atmosphere, friendly service, great food. Came on a Saturday around 5pm and were lucky enough to get seated right away. Other clientele seemed friendly, and the place was bustling. Food was delicious - one star off because I felt my mofongo was a little dry. Will be back again."
