"Listen to the other reviews. Don’t shop here. They were super offended when I didn’t ask them for help to get a dress down. I didn’t ask because the man appeared disgusted by me and gave me a dirty look. Then I returned the next day to exchange my clothing and get a smaller size. The women with no hair and crazy eyebrows accused me of trying on items in the store and refused my exchange. I didn’t try any items on hence why I came back the next day to exchange my clothes."

"Awful service. The clerk there is a complete jerk. He approached me and had a foul attitude about touching the garments. Simply trying to find my size was all I was doing. Another problem is that when you go into the dressing room, the women just keeps staring at you. When I left the dressing room, they immediately demanded their clothes back. I was astounded that she was merely waiting for me. specifically and didn’t do the same to the other customer in the store."

"What a loss this shop has become. They were so unprofessional that I couldn't even choose my clothes. I noticed some clothing that was out of my grasp, and when it arrived, a guy in particular had a foul disposition. Simply put, they don't want to do the work that would benefit clients in need. To avoid embarrassing themselves, I advise folks to merely walk past this store instead of coming in and shopping there."

"Open the dressing rooms!!! Please read your reviews! Given the timeline of complaints I'm guessing it's not a maintenance issue, so I don't understand why this store does not allow people to use the dressing rooms. I don't know if it's a staff issue or simply a lack of effort. I had an armfull of clothing that I was willing to purchase if I could've tried it on to see how they looked. Instead, I left with a pair of jeans that I knew were my size and left the rest on the rack. It's a silly policy to say that customers must go home, try it on, and come back for an exchange if it doesn't fit. This defeats the whole purpose of in-person shopping; I'd rather just buy off of Amazon (and save myself the extra trips and money). And from the looks of it, many people have issues when it comes to making exchanges/returns. It sounds like this store is making a lot of money off of trickery. What a shame-- the store has cute clothes, but I'm not taking any chances with the store policy. I won't be back."

"I asked the sales lady(elsy) if the fitting room was open. She said no and then added that the dress I had in my hand wouldn’t fit me too small. I was taken back because no saleswoman says that to a buying customer. So I tried on the dress in front of her and it fit perfect as you see below Elsy. Maybe next time, Elsy, you should be more sensitive with your customers. If I didn’t need the dress I would of walked out right after that comment. The short hair blonde girl tried to help me when she saw I was angry, but I was out the door because I’ve never been so insulted EVER. I’m short but I’m not fat and her attitude was even worst than the comment."
