"Normally this place is pretty good, but today they gave me a caffeinated coffee instead of decaf despite how I specified decaf. This wouldn’t normally be a problem except for the fact that I’m allergic to caffeine and am also highly sensitive, so not only did I break out in rashes, but now I can’t sleep."

"Went in for a birthday cake, a 9” Oreo ice cream cake was $47…. Seems very high but maybe that’s just what cakes cost these days. Problem was they told me they couldn’t write a message on the cake and only had numbered birthday candles…really? This location shouldn’t have a baskin-Robin franchise if they can’t support the most basic asks. Staff could also be a bit nicer, seemed like my purchase (as the only customer) was interrupting them."
