"My recommendation is to go through an actual dentist or orthodontist. This place prides itself on cost savings, however, you get a few other reductions ie. Mediocre Results, miscommunication, never actually seeing a dentist or medical professional (only a medical assistant). They initially tell you its going to be a short period of time but “everyone needs an adjustment”. So, be prepared for several readjustments. And, btw, “the first adjustment is free. Every other is your cost”. All in all, this is NOT the route I would recommend to anyone. Go see a professional and get it done right!"
