"The whole experience was bad. I had a reservation for 7:15 pm and I did not get seated until 7:45 pm. There were people who were seated before me and had a later reservation. When we finally sat down the table was not properly cleaned! Our waitress was nice however we waited almost an hour for our food and no one liked it except one person at our table. The table in front of us got their food before us and we ordered before them! The overall experience was not good. The hostees in the front did not do a great job. I would suggest you get your food and leave."
"Everything was good, especially the Cinnabon cheesecake. My Mexican mule was not a mule at all as they ran out of ginger beer. Other than that, it was a nice dinner."
"Cheesecake Factory is our easy go to when we can’t pick a restaurant. Since there are a variety of options in the menu, everyone has something to eat. I tried the flatbread pizza this time and wasn’t a fan but some of the other options are unique and good! I wish the ambiance could be updated to a new look."
"I didn’t want to love Cheesecake Factory. It has been years since I’ve been to one, and I couldn’t quite remember my past experiences. In all honesty, my expectations weren’t incredibly high. And then I went recently with my wife and son, and it exceeded expectations across the board. I’d give my experience 4.5 stars if Google allowed half-star increments. We were sat promptly, the service was friendly, attentive, and timely, and the food was good to very good. We were in and out in an hour (perfect for my 15-month old), and we left with plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. I gotta say, it may have been the best meatloaf and gravy I’ve ever had. I hope my mom doesn’t read this review!"
"Food was good. We got items from the skinny luscious menu and they were great. I got the crispy chicken sandwich with a salad that had a very tasty dressing. My wife had the Parmesan crusted chicken dinner and she said it was fabulous. The service was slow but the waiter and waitress we had were very friendly and apologetic. The prices were on the high side."
