Fiamma Wood Fired Pizza

"My mom and I randomly stopped in after driving by today. We saw the sign for “brick oven pizza” and thought it sounded good for lunch. The staff were very welcoming, the place is cute, and the pizza was surprisingly delicious! We weren’t expecting it to be bad, but we also weren’t expecting the pizza to be as good as it was. Yummy toppings, good sauce, and the crust was soft without being chewy. We got an original personal pie and vodka personal pie. Both delicious and great for sharing. No complaints and we hope to return soon!"

"Passionate about pizza? This restaurant is a cozy atmosphere to catch up with an old friend. Pizza is delicious, staff is welcoming, and service attentive, but not overbearing. Fiamma Wood Fire Pizza restaurant is conveniently located on a busy corner of one of Millburn’s main streets. Public parking ($) is directly across the street and many shops. This would be a great place to get a meal before attending The Paper Mill Playhouse. Menu has a variety of Italian dishes in addition to pizza."

"The service was exceptional, above and beyond our expectations. We chose to sit outside, not anticipating such excellent treatment, but they made sure we didn't have to wait for anything. They constantly checked to ensure we were enjoying our meal and that we could have anything we wanted. The food exceeded my expectations; the Eggplant Parmigiana was delightfully crispy, and the marinara sauce was pretty good too. My friend ordered a goat cheese and pear salad, and they really enjoyed it as well. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely go again. I'd rate it 4 out of 5 stars."

"Man what can I say about this place. Carlos and Kylie hooked me up today! Friendly atmosphere beautiful day great customer service. I had the Pesto Pizza as you can see by the pictures, it was phenomenal. I'm looking forward to going back and have just finished up a 12 mile hike at South Mountain Reservation. They give you really large servings with the pasta dishes I've had quite a few things over the years. Come down and try it won't be disappointed."

"Hunting the Best Pizza in Essex County NJ on the Pizza Hunters App with Speed by Chuck Mound. This place came highly recommended by a few different sources. Really like the awning and the overall branding. I did not like the lack of interaction upon walking in the Pizzeria. Was not welcoming at all. Just interested in taking you order and money. Which brings me to Value. A small 12 inch Pizza was almost $15. Very little Sauce and Cheese. The Pizza itself was all about the Crust. The Pizza was not firm. It was tasty, but would not put it as the top in a Pizza Category. Was expecting so much more for a place that touts themselves as one of the Best in the State. Disapointed."
