"We had such excellent service , as our waiter Charles was attentive and checked on us continually through the evening to make sure we had the best experience. He made our dinner all the more special! It was a special birthday dinner and they made the birthday boy feel very special. Nice touch with the hand written card!"

"I’ve been to this location lots of times. I enjoy going to Ruth Chris. The one problem I’ve had with this location is every time I have ordered the bone in filet mignon and ask for it well done it’s always came back cooked medium. I refuse to order it again here. The last time I ordered the Chilean sea bass here I had to send that back because it didn’t taste fresh. My favorite things to order here is the Caesar salad, the 8 ounce filet mignon, lobster Mac and cheese, and the best side dish ever is the sweet potato casserole! For dessert I love the cheesecake! The chocolate cake here is too dry, and mediocre. The bread pudding isn’t good at all. One thing disappointing is Ruth Chris only offers 4 desserts and only the cheesecake is worth ordering. Many years ago they had a lava cake that was amazing wish they brought it back. Service is usually really good, but tonight it was awful. We had a waiter who I believe was named Rodney he spoke so low you can hardly hear him. He was no where to be found every time we needed him. He spent entirely too much time talking to another table and not being attentive. He was polite, but he was too slow and inattentive to be a waiter. Overall, I do like coming to this location, and recommend dining here."

"Our 1st experience at the steakhouse & it was superior! Our family had shared with us what an excellent place this was & we were not disappointed! The food melted in our mouth! Our King Server, Charles, did not miss a beat. He was very attentive & gives everyone his special touch. Would highly recommend their food & their atmosphere. When making your next reservation, ask for Charles!"

"Our server, Charles, is phenomenal! This was our third meal with him and we request him every time now. This is the one restaurant I go to where everything I’ve eaten is outstanding - steaks, sides, drinks and desserts. We will be back again for sure!"

"After shopping at the mall, we wanted a not too complicated dinner. This place is right by the parking lot, on our way to the car, so we walked in. Since we did not have a reservation, it took us 30 mins to get a table, but the service was fast. I ordered the sea bass. The spinach was a bit salty, but the fish was perfectly executed, not over or under cooked, just perfect. My husband had their prefixed surf and turf - steak and lobster tail. The complimentary bread was warm, and I love the whipped butter. The creamed spinach was a bit salty again. And a bit too much cream in it. It’s my personal preference. Overall, a decent place for a quick and casual dinner after shopping."
