"I ordered online at “From You Flowers”. They chose Cross Creek as my local florist. I ordered. Deluxe Classic Peace Lily. I don’t know what the plant is that I received but Cross Creek printed out care instructions on their card. Extremely disappointed. I am attaching picture of what I ordered and picture of what I received. Would not recommend. I am updating my review: Cross Creek delivered a beautiful Peace Lily after my review. I was not expecting a response but they sent a beautiful Peace Lily which I passed on to my bereaved friend. They did not have to do this and I blamed internet florist and Cross Creek. Internet florist did not respond but Cross Creek did, and made it right. In my grief, I blamed Cross Creek but they made it right! Thank you Cross Creek. I hope you will forgive my First review and accept my apology. To all of you contemplating a purchase, do so. If you are not happy, they will make it right."
"Hands down, just experienced the best customer service ever from this local florist. After a nightmare experience with Telefora, I called the manager here and she dropped everything to help me get a corsage for a very special event - delivered with a smile in less than an hour. I just about cried with gratitude. This will be my forever florist. The wrist corsage was beautiful designed with lots of detail and racing it over to us in time for photos was just amazing."
