"I lived here for 3 years. I will say this place always made me feel safe and like I had a good home to come home to. The rent did raise each year, which is a bit annoying. But other than that, maintenance was always responsive for emergencies or big issues. Office staff were responsive with questions and I felt fair upon the walk out and move out process. The space is adequate and location is great aside from the constant road construction, oh… and don’t forget the friggen jets. Be ready for the apartment to shake sometimes lol. This place had VERY LITTLE bugs and for a place near the oceanfront I’m shocked. You can hear some things from neighbors above and in the rest room but other than that, it was pretty quiet. Well lit and safe in the parking lot areas. Thank you Latitudes for providing me a safe place to call home for someone who moved from Upstate NY and was very new here."

"This apartment complex is great and I love living here. This review is specifically for the maintenance crew. I had a bit of a wasp issue in the apartment and the crew came out, found the nest, and destroyed it. I was out of town for business so they were kind enough to bring some packages in that we're on my doorstep. I was worried about the packages because they were medication that I need for a medical condition. If they didn't bring them in, the meds would have been sitting outside for a week while I was away. Our maintenance crew is absolutely phenomenal here at Latitudes."

"I had the pleasure of living here for about a year and a half & it was nothing but great. All three of the ladies in the leasing office were so sweet and beyond helpful. Maintenance really stayed on top of things and overall it was just a great place to call home."

"Okay so let’s get into it. Now that we have left the premises and received our final bill we own them a decent amount of money . Be carful coming into here cause fees on top of fees will be added. And let’s talk about the carpet removing fee they gave us for over $1,000 when my car was only there for a total of 3 months before passing away so I’m very interested in these pet damages. The complex has pet feces everywhere , the garages on the other side of the complex is almost always broken so the one on canberry court gets full too quick. They say no big furniture is to be placed out there but guess what it’s out there. Pollen from the spring is still sitting in the common halls. Mold on the stairs , bugs crawling in the apartments . And cheap renovations. My advice ? Run the other way. The price is not worth the shoe box apartment they rent or the money they try to get from you after. And I really hope they send me proof of damages."

"Staff is awesome. Everyone’s super friendly and quick to respond. Location is also solid if you want to be near grocery stores/fast food & it’s just a 5 minute drive to the beach. I’ve lived here for 2 years and I’m in the process of moving to a new apartment as the pricing for a non-renovated 1BR apartment is over 1200 a month which is a lot. The reason for the increases each year (outside of market trends) goes to renovations that suck in the tenant but doesn’t actually benefit the tenant (roofing, paving, leasing office was completely redone, etc). They could use that money towards fixing some of the issues they have. The complex has a ton of dogs but the dog park is mostly dirt (grass has died and this hasn’t been fixed since I’ve been here), the pool area has stayed the same (outside of cleaning up some bushes), and the complex is littered with dog poop. Move out was tricky. I don’t blame the staff (again, they’re great) but do believe the property management company (Drucker + Falk) will do whatever it takes to get the most out of their tenants when you move out. If you have a pet, I’d just suggest looking elsewhere or you’ll likely be expected to pay for carpet removal & other various dog cleaning fee’s that aren’t covered by your initial Pet Fee regardless of if your pet caused any damage to the apartment or not (notice that they do a pet fee and not a pet deposit…) I’ve enjoyed my two years here but happy to be leaving. If your main concern is finding a place with a great staff and great maintenance, then this is a solid spot!"
