"5 stars to James. He is one of the maintenance guys in the complex, always goes above and beyond. He is literally the man ,a promotion or management position must be given to him because he is very caring about what he does. Other than that, there can always be more room for improvement from management . They never knows what’s going on or lack of interest in getting stuff done. The lease office rep are very nice Tyler is always there to help and very attentive about my request which I do appreciate. most of the people that work in the office can do but so much, I seen many great people that work in the office, leave. Oh and They charge a hefty amount of money on internet that doesn’t work half of the time. Great place to live , nice views . But can improve in safety security especially in there lease office gym , and management interest on the people that live and pay in the complex ."

"James has a Wonderful work ethic about himself! Very respectful and knows exactly what he's doing. I've been living here 4 years and James is the only one who does maintenance at my home. He gets the job done!! He's definitely an asset to waterfront apartments!! Yall better keep him!! Thanks James"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! maintenance sucks you need something fixed it will take a month. They love helping themselves into your apartment even after asking not to.. this has happened at least 4 times with no work order put in. By far the worst place I have lived and was there for almost 2 years. They only want your money they don’t care that your toilet don’t work or that your breathing in dirty air from not replacing filters. They charge you $17 a month for “trash valley” with no way around it. Dangerous place to live.. never felt safe or valued as a resident. History of crime in this complex that they brush under the rug. Internet was always out and pool was always closed do to no staff and the machines in gym never worked. Jets fly by all day long. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone!"

"I have lived here over five years. I love it. The maintenance staff are top notch and very personable. They are always on top of things and keep the grounds quite tidy. Even if I have to walk the dog in the middle of the night, the area is so well lit that I feel quite safe. I look forward to the holiday lights each year especially the lights over the bridges. I have no plans to move."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE I’ll start with the good before the bad. This place has a very homey feel inside, the pond is great if you enjoy any fishing, the pool/gym are as to be expected. However, this is the worst management I’ve seen in my life. Unfortunately, we have lived her for some time now and if I’m not mistaken, we have been through 6 property managers. Not one can get it right. The front desk, while nice, does not go above and beyond to help you. They simply make a call to maintenance and that’s it. They don’t check back with you to make sure the problem was taken care of or anything. Maintenance, while also nice, does not have the ability to accomplish tasks in any timely/professional manor. They do have ability to fix jobs assigned to them, they are just completely unreliable and never accomplish a task quickly. I’ve spent 2 months trying to get my AC fixed. Also, do not rely on the 24/7 emergency maintenance, they don’t do their jobs correctly either."
