Today a kind lady, Sam, helped me understand everything I needed in regards to moving out. She eased my nerves and reassured me I would be kept in the loop. "I have lived at Mezzo Apartment Homes for about six months, and I just want to say my experience has been phenomenal. To start off, from the moment of my phone call asking for availability all the way to now the front office staff have been great. Gerald and Sam truly care about the residents and go above and beyond. They always respond in a fast manner and always making sure everything is taken care of. They make you feel at home and are so caring. The maintenance should get so much credit for how quickly they respond to Maintenace requests. They are welcoming and always give my dog a treat when they have one on hand when we are walking by. The staff even waives to you on the golf cart they drive around. Mezzo is the place to be, it is nearby to everything I need, and I love how it feels like we have our own neighborhood here, I see people go on runs and walks and everyone is just so friendly. My favorite part is the car wash station because I am someone who is very particular in keeping my car cleaned. If you are looking for a modern style, updated and the perfect location, Mezzo is the place to be. Thank you for everything!"

"Stayed here from 2020 to 2023. Apartments looked great both the exterior and interior. No issues other than noisy upstairs neighbors but they moved out after 6 months so life was great after that. Gone through multiple management staff and the current staff is by far the most professional - both Daniela and Samantha are quick to respond to messages. Maintenance crew is quick to take care of service requests. Move out process was very easy and they communicated what to expect so there were no surprises. The negative was rent going from $1600/mo to $2200/mo, that's a 37% increase in rent in one year so ultimately I decided to move."

"My husband and I love living here and are happy we choose mezzo apartments! Everyone in the front office (Sam is super helpful!) and maintenance are great. Our cat always appreciates the pets from maintenance man too! But yeah amazing staff, great place to live, and all the amenities are great and always clean!"

"Almost a year living at Mezzo and we love it! High ceiling apartment with a pond view, love having my coffee in the morning enjoying my patio! Apt complex is quite, i just LOVE it, only nature around you, far from busy streets and car noises and pollution. People complain about noise - i never had any (ANY) issues with that, only when they have parties, but who doesn't? You will be one of them neighbors too, but honestly i don't even hear our washer/dryer if you close the door, and gotta tell you they are pretty loud! lol Love the mail lockers and parcel system! Super convenient and secure! Oversize item - you will get a message and item will be delivered to your door. Gorgeous pool - sad we can't enjoy it yet due to Covid, but hopefully we will get there this summer! Staff is amazing, Bayley is super friendly and helpful! Before Covid the Office organized many different parties at the club house with food and drinks, and prizes! They do care about you! Free car wash and vacuum. Super convenient! Dog park and kids playground, I would be more happy if dog owners would pick up after themselves more often, but Office works on it, but i believe anywhere you go there will be that one person who doesn't pick up or have their dog off the leash, even if you send them hundreds of notifications. The only main thing i'm having hard time with is there is no recycling. WE Love living at Mezzo!"
