I am cool with no tour but needed to know where the unit would be. NOTHING. Breeden Company do better. Learn from Camden."

"Teiyona, Bill & Vonetta have been such a tremendous help on "finding our family's new home" journey! We finally saw our apartment and it was VERY SPACIOUS! MODERN! And not to exagerate but our jaws dropped and every room we go into, especially the balcony, where the only words me and my fam could say were WOW! THIS IS IT! This was definitely worth the wait. I also want to gratefuly thank this 3 amazing folks for making the leasing process smooth and easy. Me and my fam can't wait to move here very soon."

"This is the most ghetto “luxury” apartment I’ve ever experienced. Management is no help for anything once you move in especially the property manager and Gigi, they could both care less. There is trash every where on the inside and outside of the building. The roaches are infested in the building they should be paying rent at this point. Maintenance takes 5 days to fix your issues in your apartment. My kids cannot sleep without a fire alarm going off at all hours of the night for extended periods of time. Packages are constantly stolen with no answers of who and how. Walls and floors are so thin you can hear a cup fall from the 5th floor to the garage. Don’t even get me started on the elevators. Overall this is a terrible place to live and cannot wait to terminate my lease."

"Comfortable, well appointed apartments. Helpful and quickly responsive staff. Took care of any appliance issues or parking issues within hours. Very convenient trash services. All around great place to live this past year!"

"Do not move here, do not waste your time applying here. The amount of rent this place takes is not worth it. We lived here for a year and it was the worst year of our lives. Management changed a couple months into us living here and the only thing they’ve done to “better” the community is update the exterior building, buy new seating for the pool area and plant a tree. We lived on the 4th floor and had noisy upstairs neighbors. And what they don’t tell you is, no one has access to the 5th floor besides 5th floor residents and employees. Management gave us until 5pm on a Thursday to move out at the end of our lease, which was fine but the fact that the elevator all of a sudden stops working and so we’re hauling our stuff down 4 flights of stairs. I would not not recommend living here. The staff is unprofessional and lazy. The property manager acts like he cares about your concerns and complaints but he really doesn’t. Not to mention the extreme garbage smell around the complex, tenants leaving trash everywhere and roaches everywhere you turn"
