"The Property has potential, just one major problem, a bad roach infestation. All sizes, the big ones always came through the kitchen floor and sometimes made it to the living area. Other than this, the apartment complex is generally clean, no loud noises, always have parking."

"I see so many bad reviews about many things. But, I personally don’t have many complaints. I put in a maintenance order ONLINE they usually come the next day. They knock on the door if I don’t answer they call. I go up TO THE OFFICE instead of calling so I talk to them in person since the office is right upfront. No staff ever gave me any issues and are nice to me. Yeah there are bugs sometimes but every place gets them. Just set up some roach traps and accept that it’s normal even in different neighborhoods. My daughter has new friends to play with, pool in the summer, and lower rent then most places. Rent, washer/dryer, and water included all in one can’t beat that. Also your visitor won’t get towed if they aren’t there for multiple days. If so they provide temporary passes. The parking does suck I just park at the lot across the street then you don’t have to worry about your car being hit if on the curb. People should look at the bright side of things there are so much worse places to live!!"

"This is the review you want to read. This place has bad reviews for a reason and I had to find out the hard way. I'll be clear, I moved here because I didn't have a different option. Here are some of the things that I experienced. There's bugs but not a lot. Most of the stuff that's there will break while you're using it, for example to blinds, shower head, drawers etc. They use the absolute cheapest paint that there is so almost anything will scuff the wall and leave a big mark. Most of the light bulbs were gone or dead. They don't care about your heating or air conditioning bill, they had to paint the doors and they told me I had to leave my door open for an hour in the winter time. I told him they'd have to come back at a more appropriate season. Another thing is they're flooring, the carpet and the vinyl has not been put down by a professional (if they were professionals that did it, they did a very poor job) so when it rips or tears they're going to blame it on you. Now this next issue is the biggest problem about this place, THEY WILL ENTER YOUR APARTMENT WHEN YOU'RE NOT HOME. They will tell you that they are allowed to and give you a bogus reason, That ain't the way it works. They have to give you proper notice. I once came home to some guy in my bathroom. So in conclusion if you decide to live there keep one thing in mind, they don't care about you."

"I’d give this Hell Hole a Negative 1 if that was an option! Do Not Move here unless you want to be plagued by bugs, live in and outdated 70’s looking apartment with gate issues and where family and friends can’t come and visit without issues getting in or being able to park. They tow your car away don’t care if you live and pay rent here they tag your vehicle to get towed for any small f…ing reason and will not stop the tower from coming to get your car no matter what you tell them. The place has leaks and constant issues . There’s no outlet in any of the bathrooms, who doesn’t have an outlet in the bathroom like who?! In a nutshell this place will be the worst place you ever live at and you will seriously regret living here and the management and office people are trash! Do yourself a favor look elsewhere, anywhere but here!"

"This place is horrible. You have to call the rent office multiple times and things still do not get fixed. They don't cut the grass the way they are supposed to.. they change leases then do not provide you a copy of the updated lease which automatically renews by the way . They are fixing the outside to make it look nice but the inside is all falling apart . They allow water damage and mold to occur and expect you to keep living like nothing has happened for weeks and months. Slumlords....run. ....and fast this place is not worth the trouble."
