"What started off as a wonderful doctor patient relationship and a highly expensive concierge doctor. Turned into intentional malice. After a brief billing dispute, I had relieved Jim Williams and total primary care from their medical duty via Nikki. We have several family members that pay to be a part of that practice and others also had to call and cancel such as my mother. Before they could call their corporate affiliation for lack of a better term, we asked them to fill a prescription that was medically needed. Being told yes to that request, all seemed fine. Fast track a day and no prescription called Dr refuses to speak and his office tells me he won’t fill the prescription. Poor planning on my part. However; Dr’s shall do no harm. Also still a patient at that point?.. take your chances."
