"Dr. Thyagarajan was very kind and patient with my toddler who at that moment was scared and didn’t want to be there. He took the time to listen, answer questions and explained the process for food allergy testing. The nurse was also patient and spoke softly to help put my daughter at ease. Office staff was friendly and answered my questions. We were seen in a timely manner and appreciate their professionalism."

"THE rudest front office staff i have ever encountered. I don’t write reviews but as a business owner myself i feel compelled to let the physicians know how their practice is being represented. This practice has several locations and when i made the appointment i was given the address for the burke practice, which is also listed on my order. Upon arrival i encountered your receptionist. When i informed her that i have an appointment and handed her my insurance card and ID she (without looking up said that they don’t have 12 pm appointments). While my hand is still hanging in the air with my credentials she said that i was scheduled at another office and continued to type away on the computer. I asked her to call the other office to let them know that I’m here and she looked at me as if i asked her to name the elements from the periodic table in the order that they appear.. she then reluctantly picked up the phone rolled her eyes and dialed your Springfield location. Once she got an answer she said “um yeah your 12 o’clock is here. I don’t know why she wants us to call you but she is here.” Gee i don’t know why i could have possibly made that unreasonable request. I spoke to the other location and she offered me another time which was all that i really needed in this situation. The burke receptionist then hung the phone up and proceeded to type on her computer as if i wasn’t even standing there. I just put my stuff back in my wallet and left. My advice to the receptionist, hon if you hate dealing with people then maybe you shouldn’t work in customer service because that’s kind of the whole point. But who am i to tell you what to do. I would not recommend that practice to anyone based on that experience alone. There are plenty other places where i can spend my money."

He is both friendly and direct, and it was undoubtedly clear to us that he only had our daughter’s best interest in mind. Dr. Thyagarajan’s confidence and demeanor are exemplary, he is one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered. His pragmatic but personable approach and response to our concerns was very much appreciated by my wife and I. We can’t speak highly enough of this doctor."
