"I am extremely pleased with the psychiatric care I receive from my psychiatrist at Kaiser (Max) . Ive had many docs and he is by the far the best. Thorough, caring, easy to talk to, professional and really goes above and beyond to get you on the right track to mental health, are some things I appreciate with him. I would recommend him to anyone needing psychiatrist care."

"This used to be great health insurance, and a great location. I think they were just devastated by covid. They are completely understaffed. The tech assistant didn't know where the thyroid is, and the staff is just generally hasty, I'm always left with painful bruises after routine shots, and it can take months to get in with obstetrics. The optometry staff is also generally incredibly rude and dismissive."

"I researched and sought out a doctor that specialized in menopause. I came across Dr. Deepali Kothary in a webinar and immediately made an appointment. Her bedside manner is very approachable and she listens and seeks to find a solution. Upon my second appointment with her she and Ms. Tram performed an outpatient procedure and both were very in tune and sensitive to my needs and walked me through everything they were doing. I’m grateful that I found her and that Kaiser has her on staff. I hope more doctors will take this specialty into consideration. I highly recommend Dr. Kothary and her team. They are exceptional."

"Amazing experience with Dr. Kothary and her team here. Dr. Kothary is incredibly educated, professional, and knowledgeable in her field. When I met her, I immediately felt welcomed and comforted. She was able to confidently and honestly answer any questions I had in regards to my overall health and a procedure she performed. In general, the staff here are hospitable and caring. One of Kaiser’s best facilities"

"The parking situation at this location is not for the benefit of the patients! Since COVID, the garage parking for the patients is being used by the staff and not the patients! The garage parking for the Staff is supposedly being used to store supplies, etc for construction on the building. This parking area is mostly vacant with items stored around the outside edges of the garage. There is outside parking in front of the building that PATIENTS have to use. This is totally unacceptable when the weather is bd with rain, snow and having to get into hot vehicles. Those patients who are handicapped don’t always have someone with them to help and they have to get in and out of the elements. If they have walkers or wheelchairs, patients get rained on or snowed on going to and from their cars! Not everyone has a caretaker to help and even if they do, there’s barely any overhang to get patients in and out of vehicles without again getting in the rain or snow. Mothers that have babies and or other children with them are in the same situation. When the weather is hot outside, patients have to get back in hot cars! Is this the kind of service patients deserve and pay for?? I was told by the Building Manager that if patients parked in the original Patient parking which is where Staff is parking due to construction, that the staff would have to park in the Giant Center parking lot which is next door! So, do Patients rights and safety not matter?? I think Patients need their garage parking area back! The other day I had to take my son who needs a wheelchair to the lab for some tests. It was raining extremely hard. We st and waited in the outdoor parking handicapped area for 30 mins waiting for the rain storm to end. We decided to leave as I couldn’t get him out in the pouring rain and thunder safely. We were going to go to Tysons and as we were halfway there, it stopped raining. We ended up going back to Burke Center. If I would have had an appointment with a doctor, we wouldn’t have made the appointment in time. If we were able park in the patient garage, we could have gotten safely out with the wheelchair safely and dry and gotten to our doctor appointment or lab appointment on time. Why can’t the patients park in the PATIENT garage parking???????"
