"This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor and their office. If you are a military family especially, stay away from here. I will be reporting them further. First, they tell me over the phone that they accept tricare. Great! My kids are 5 and 7 and my son has extensive allergies so I thought Dr Murphy would be perfect since he’s a pediatric allergist as well. We get there and the office is filthy. They also only use paper documents and not computers so the walls have folders from ceiling to floor. If you get a peak into the office in the back, it will make you want to run too. The appointment was awful. He did not listen to any concerns and kept jumping to try to get my sons tonsils removed even though they’re fine and he’s having allergy and asthma issues. He was SO rough with my kids that even they were uncomfortable. They ran every single test under the sun for a quick “check up”. They took blood, urine, etc. Fast forward to us leaving and the front desk tries to have me pay over $1500!!! I said absolutely not. My deductible is only 1k. They said they needed it then the rest could be used as a balance for the future. I absolutely refused. I waited for tricare to send me a check for each kid then they had me surrender the check to them. They entered one of my kids information in wrong so it took even longer and I was harassed constantly so they could get their money. I went down there, gave them their money and thought that was the end. I was wrong. They called me a week later saying I needed to come back because they couldn’t cash the check. I called and they said they got it to work but I still owed $88. Tricare even thought they were doing unnecessary testing for a check up and did not cover everything. This was a horrible experience and I hope I save a few families who read this review. Steer clear of this office."

"Dr. Murphy is a wonderful doctor! He is very caring, attentive and knowledgeable. He is not the one who will prescribe your child some meds just to get rid of you when he/she doesn’t need it. He actually care for your child’s health, that’s rare nowadays! Very good easy to schedule wellness visits and the same/next day sick visits. Highly recommend."

"Our children are now grown but Dr. Murphy and Dr. Staats were their pediatricians until they got to college. Wonderful and very busy practice. Both doctors take time with their patients and parents ensuring that everything is understood. Staff is warm, efficient and knowledgeable. The nurses are amazing too! We were listened to, counseled well and treated with affection and respect. All around great care!"
