Sunday, before leaving Chippokes, we returned for the Pasture Pals event with Sherry and Joel, which was such a joy! Programming free with admission and parking at the park. We yurt camped for the weekend."
"It's interesting to see all the old farm tools and learn about how farm life was back in the early 1900s. This was an out door exhibit. There is a bathroom between the exhibits. Took us about 15-20 minutes to look through."

"Amazing display of historic equipment. From harvesting to processing and even a World War II era kitchen, there are lots of interesting equipment to see. The plaques are helpful to explain some of the unfamiliar items and how they were used. Loved the corn shuckers! Also enjoyed the late spring vegetable garden and all of the resident lovestock. Appreciated the restrooms as you are very far from civilization out here. Great trip for many ages!"
