"Overall the place needs a paint job and the beds/nightstands need to be replaced but the care and attention far exceeded my expectations. My father has been there for a few weeks following a fall and some health issues and he’s been cared for and looked after very well. He loves the exercise facility and staff too. I would pick this rehab place over other ones that have better reviews online but are far from perfect in their day to day operations."

"Please do not send your loved ones to this facility unless you are prepared to have to actively advocate for medical orders to be followed. The facility is short-staffed, in disarray, and filthy. Rooms have scuffed white walls, no pictures, and broken amenities. The website claims to do therapy 7 days a week, but my loved one who has been there for days has only had a partial evaluation and has not begun therapy. I’m writing this review as a warning, please look into other rehabilitation centers- Tour facilities before you commit."

"It was a pleasant experience visiting my grandma over the holidays. Attended the residents Christmas party and the music and ladies hosting were very nice. My grandmother really enjoyed her time."

"I visited my uncle Hubert today. The facility is very nice, decorated for the holidays. My uncle was in a happy mood. He said he had a good breakfast and he slept well. I hope he can continue his rehab there."

"Occupational therapist here- skilled nursing facilities are notorious for being understaffed, and this one isn’t any different. My grandmother was there for rehab and her room was dirty and desperately needed updating. The hospital beds are the plywood beds from the 80’s. The walls are blank and scuffed, the one clock on the wall is tiny, the same color as the wall, and too far for my grandmother to see. Otherwise no pictures or anything on the walls- just a blank dark space away from a window. See photos. For a place to be housing elderly and other folks that are subject to confusion and other safety problems, there are no bed alarms, whiteboards or effective clocks for orientation. Additionally, basic wound prevention is a serious concern. My grandmother was put in a diaper and a quilt was folded up into a square under her bottom to be used as a draw sheet/bed protectant if she soiled herself and it ended up outside her brief. It’s 2023 and wound prevention isn’t being followed. There should be the least amount of bulk under a person in order to prevent wounds, with regular turning schedules, and hygiene checks."
