"I called this place for 3 days and got a return call today from Kimberly the owner. I have a pitbull mix that I was asking if he could be bathed. She left me a 3 minute voicemail explaining to me that her dog had been bitten 6 years ago by a pitbull and then 6 months ago her other dog. She stated that she had to hold open the pitbull's mouth for 20 mins, which if anyone knows a pitbull this cannot be done. She then goes on to tell me that SHE HAS DONE HER CIVIC DUTY toward pitbulls. I wasn't asking for a play date with her dog and Im not sure why dogs are allowed to play together when its a bathing place. I am posting this because to turn away only one breed of dogs is pure ignorance. My pitbull mix has been attacked by another dog and NO it was not a pitbull. I hope anyone who loves animals would not use this lady. Although she said she promised her customers that she wouldn't take pits. AGAIN why are dogs playing with each other at a bathing salon?? Please be careful of this lady. I have taken my dog to another place in Norfolk for 2 years and he is never allowed to play with other dogs. They keep ALL dogs separate. I assumed all places did this. Good luck if you go here."
