"I really like the way Amber cuts my puppies hair. We’ve been here several times and when I pick him up he looks great. The only concerns I have is that the pricing is not straight forward and the staff doesn’t bother to speak when you walk in. I find that a little bizarre that someone would be entering a business establishment and not be greeted even by the owner."

"They do an exceptional job making my Aussie mix Winchester so handsome! He gets pampered every few months here getting a good bath that leaves his fur super soft and smelling fresh, a shave and trim, nails filed, and teeth brushed. They also send him home wearing a cute bow tie or neck tie every time. The staff is always super friendly and I appreciate how well they communicate."

They were professional and attentive to the caution areas our dog has, even giving us some tips on how to make him more comfortable with these areas. The service was also accordable and timely.
